
I have been tinkering with Lemon Beurre Blanc lately, and I have been quite pleased with the results. The picture above is from a dinner I made last week for Paige and the girls. Pan seared Atlantic Salmon seasoned with just salt and pepper. Parmesan mash. Pan seared zucchini. Smothered in the simple goodness of lemon beurre blanc. My mouth is watering just writing this.

I can't believe you had Atlantic salmon. Good thing you had a sauce to cover it up with.
